20 years of love, 20 years of us 

In 2020, Golden Goose turned 20: an important anniversary and a great achievement, dedicated to all those who are part of, and believe in, our journey.


The event in Venice, the book, and the documentary made for the occasion shared a common purpose: to celebrate those who, with their passion and their uniqueness, contribute every day to give shape and color to the history of Golden Goose. 


The inauguration of the HQ in Milan and the creation of the TWENTY sneaker were part of a journey of love, co-creation and imagination.

The Perfect Imperfection of Golden Goose is the book through which the brand pays tribute to its Family, giving space and recognition to every person who works to turn the dream into reality. The founders, artisans, and creatives are the narrating voices retracing the key milestones and guiding values that have brought us to where we are today. 


Unpublished and exclusive content was made available through the use of augmented reality, turning this volume, which involved the collaborations of numerous artists, into a dual manual. Not just a heartfelt tribute, but a true secret diary: The Perfect Imperfection offers the reader a rare, special and affectionate glimpse into the Golden universe.

TWENTY: a special sneaker

These 20 years needed a symbol, a sign to commemorate the journey, the experiences and the steps taken so far. 


And so TWENTY was born, a sneaker in which the most iconic elements of Golden style collide: the attitude of the Super-Star, the nostalgia of the Ball Star, the soul of the Stardan and the rhythm of the Slide. With TWENTY, we wanted to represent the essence of the brand and add a blank page to the diary of our Journey of Love. 


For Lovers Only, the Limited Edition TWENTY, produced in just 400 pieces, was not intended for sale, but as part of an exclusive experience, both in-store and virtual. An engaging and exciting experience, focused on a sense of sharing and belonging, centered on the customer and their love affair with the brand.
