As part of our HAUS of Dreamers series launching in our home city of Venice, we asked the Italian architect and designer to reinterpret a classic Venetian icon in a contemporary way.
To immortalize our five Dreamers' one-of-a-kind experiences in Venice, each one of them created a special object of art,
inspired by the craft of local artisans.
We seized the chance to go behind the scenes to witness such a exclusive encounter – Fabio Novembre getting inspired by the craftsmanship at the Squero,
the traditional Venetian boatyard where gondolas are built.

In his Capsule Collection, the Italian architect and designer had his finger on the very pulse of the city: The Venice
Grand Canal. “We are made of Water. And so is the World.” Fabio’s work of art is precisely rooted in this feeling:
just like the Grand Canal cuts through the city of Venice, this limited-edition 1OF20 transparent vase is cut through
by the line of a heartbeat. An object made to hold water and beauty.
The striped t-shirt is inspired by the uniforms of the 'Gondoliere' with hand-drawn stripes giving way to the zig-
zags of a heartbeat, with the bottom creating the illusion of being dipped in Venetian canals.
