GAME-BREAKERS: OUR PODCAST DEDICATED TO THE PERSONAL STORIES OF CHAMPIONS
"Game-breaker" is an English expression used in the sport world to describe those players who are crucial to the team's success. Those who turn the tide of a game or match, who create team spirit, who lead the team to victory. In a broader sense, game-breakers are all those who, in some way, have revolutionized their field, inspiring new generations to follow in their footsteps.
The new Golden Goose podcast, called Game-Breakers, is dedicated to the stories of people who have made a significant impact in the world of sports, entertainment, music and art, architecture, and delves into their journeys, the most significant moments of their careers, and the lessons learned over the years.
Each episode of the podcast is structured as a conversation between the host, Lea Ogunlami, an insider, and various guests, selected from prominent personalities in various sports and creative fields. Each episode is also linked to an important moment in the ever-evolving journey of Golden Goose, telling its values and history.
All episodes will be published on Spotify and YouTube, available in both audio and video formats.
IN THE FIRST EPISODE OF GAME-BREAKERS, SKATER CORY JUNEAU AND BASKETBALL PLAYER ELVIS UDE SHARE THEIR STORIES
Our podcast opens with an episode dedicated to sport, particularly skateboarding and basketball: a deliberate choice that Golden Lovers will immediately understand, as Golden Goose sneakers draw inspiration from these two worlds.
The guests of the episode are two athletes whose stories will sound familiar to our community: Cory Juneau, a professional skateboarder who has long collaborated with Golden Goose, and Elvis Ude, a basketball player and content creator. Completing the podcast is Marco "Barba" Colombo, a sneaker collector and footwear expert, who shares with the audience true hidden gems of the sneaker culture.
